Rebel Chef Home is the web-based, instructional offshoot of our family business, Rebel Chef Cooking. During the day we run a small, neighborhood-focused healthy meal service in our community using rented space at a great local food spot. By night we make content to show you how to use whatever simple tools and ingredients you have at hand to prepare the best possible healthy food (and other home products!) while having FUN.
My husband and I combine eclectic professional careers as chefs, gardeners, brewers, cheesemongers, caterers and occasional bartenders to provide a balanced insight into the tradition of food and beverage production at any scale and any skill level. Our approach is based on a lifetime of cooking with family, low waste, restricted diets, low cost and occasional other requirements in mind.
